Collection: Chillable Reds
Not every red wine wants to be at room temperature. This is our edit of reds built for warm weather: light-bodied, low-tannin, high-acid bottles from Gamay, Cinsault, Poulsard, Trousseau, Frappato and Mencía that genuinely improve with 20 to 30 minutes in the fridge. Think of them as the wine equivalent of rosé's more interesting cousin. Still red, still serious, just poured cold.
It's a style that's had a real moment with a younger generation of drinkers rediscovering natural and low-intervention winemaking, and several of the producers in our rare allocations (Jura, Loire, Beaujolais) work in exactly this register. Chill, pour, and drink within a day or two of opening for the best of it.
