A Pie de Tierra Gre2 Garnacha

A Pie de Tierra is a young, low‑intervention project from Aitor Paul and David Villamiel in the granitic hills of the Sierra de Gredos near Madrid, working organically with old bush‑vine Garnacha to make wines that are delicate, perfumed and firmly rooted in their rugged high‑altitude terroir.

Gre2 Garnacha is their pure, pale‑coloured 100 percent Garnacha, combining destemmed and whole bunch fruit with gentle extraction to give an ethereal, floral red full of rose petal, wild strawberry and raspberry, fine spice and a juicy, refreshing finish that feels almost Pinot‑like in its lightness and charm.
