COS Pithos Rosso

Cos Pithos Rosso is a Sicilian blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato from Vittoria, fermented and aged in buried clay amphorae (qvevri/pithos) to emphasise bright fruit purity and a gently earthy, textural edge. Medium‑bodied and vividly fresh, it’s packed with red fruits and blueberries, lifted by notes of dried herbs and tobacco and a refreshing, mouth‑watering acidity.
