Substance Aurore Sparkling Tea

Substance is a collaborative label from Myrko Tépus and Nicolas de Groot, devoted to lightly sparkling, gastronomic non‑alcoholic drinks fermented from Verdon spring water, high‑grade organic Sencha tea and French organic sugar beet. Inspired by natural vignerons, these are crafted to echo wine in complexity, aroma and texture, offering a proper alcohol‑free option at the table.

Aurore, their rose‑tinted cuvée, quickly unfurls aromas of hibiscus flower and wild meadow grass, with fine, gentle bubbles giving a feather‑light, almost ethereal texture. All its floral, citrus and herbal elements knit together harmoniously, making it a beautiful aperitif or a refined partner for fruit‑led desserts.
