Per Se is a modern Portuguese aperitivo built on a secret blend of 24 botanicals, offering a lifted, aromatic nose of cardamom, orange, Jamaican pepper and Portuguese hops for a beautifully balanced, refreshing twist.

On the palate it’s light, gently sweet and delicately bitter, with all 24 botanicals weaving together into a complex yet easy-drinking ensemble of flavours. Ideal served as a spritz over ice with tonic or sparkling wine and a slice of orange.
