Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old 2025 Release is the youngest bourbon in the Van Winkle collection, a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon produced in partnership with Buffalo Trace Distillery. Aged for a full decade and bottled near barrel strength at 107 proof (53.5% ABV), it balances classic sweetness with a rich, concentrated profile that has made it one of the most sought-after entry points into the “Pappy” family of whiskeys.

In the glass, it shows deep amber colour with inviting aromas of vanilla, caramel and sweet oak, lifted by notes of cherry, baking spice and a touch of pecan. The palate is generous and layered, combining toffee, brown sugar and dried fruit with warm spice and well-integrated oak, leading to a long, satisfying finish. This highly allocated 2025 release was offered in extremely limited quantities at Blenheim Vintners and will particularly appeal to collectors and enthusiasts of rare American bourbon.
