Noilly Prat Vermouth de France Original Dry

Noilly Prat Original Dry is the benchmark French dry vermouth, crafted in Marseillan since 1813 from Languedoc white wines aged outdoors in oak and infused with twenty herbs and spices.

Built on Picpoul and Clairette, it shows a pale straw colour and a nose of chamomile, citrus peel, Mediterranean herbs and a faintly saline, maritime lift. The palate is firmly dry yet finely textured, with floral and citrus notes, gentle bitterness and a touch of sea‑spray, making it superb both as an apéritif over ice with a twist of lemon and as a serious partner in classic Dry Martinis.
