Le Soula Rouge

Crafted in Roussillon’s Fenouillèdes foothills, this biodynamic blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah hails from 22- to 70-year-old vines rooted in decomposed granite and schist soils at 350–650m altitude. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, it reveals a ruby-crimson hue with aromas of wild raspberry, black cherry, flint, and mountain herbs.

The palate balances vibrant red fruits with smoky minerality, structured tannins, and a saline finish. Aged 22 months in oak vats and demi-muids, it embodies Le Soula’s commitment to low-intervention winemaking and terroir transparency. Pair with lamb tagine or roasted game for a rustic, aromatic match.
