Kavka Vodka Tokaji Cask Aged is a limited‑release Polish vodka that takes the house’s rye, wheat and pot‑still apple and plum spirits, then rests them in ex‑Tokaji sweet wine casks for added depth and richness.

The cask ageing brings a pale golden hue and layers of marmalade, dried apricot, apple and honeyed sweetness over Kavka’s grainy, rustic core. On the palate it is silky yet powerful, with vanilla, light oak and gentle spice leading into a long finish of dried fruit and softly caramelised sweetness, making it as compelling neat as it is in a serious, spirit‑forward cocktail.
