Direct‑pressed old‑vine Chenin Blanc from two parcels of 60‑year‑old, organically farmed vines rooted in black shale in Saint‑Lambert‑du‑Lattay.

Rich and textured on the palate, it weaves together baked apple tart, quince, wild honey and wet stone, all carried by fine acidity and a firm mineral spine, with natural, no‑sulphur vinification letting the Val de Loire terroir speak clearly in the glass.
