From Heavensake, a Franco-Japanese collaboration led by acclaimed Champagne cellar master Régis Camus, comes Label Orange, an elegant Junmai Daiginjo sake crafted with Urakasumi Brewery in Miyagi, Japan. Made with a blend of Yamadanishiki and local Miyagi rice varieties polished to 40-50%, it features delicate aromas of pineapple, lychee, and white lily with hints of dried fruit. The palate is silky and complex, balancing layered umami with smooth acidity and a refined finish. Best served chilled.
