From Heavensake, a Franco-Japanese collaboration led by renowned Champagne cellar master Régis Camus, comes Label Azur, a refined Junmai Ginjo sake crafted in partnership with Katsuyama Brewery in Miyagi, Japan. Brewed with Hitomebore and Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%, it offers delicate aromas of brioche, plum, and kiwi. The palate reveals vibrant notes of peach and pastry, with a silky texture and harmonious finish. Best served chilled.
