Giacomo Fenocchio, a fifth-generation Barolo estate, crafts this Langhe Nebbiolo with the same dedication as their flagship Barolos. Sourced from 15-year-old vines in Monforte d’Alba, the wine is vinified traditionally with a 10-day fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Aged for six months in stainless steel and six months in large Slavonian oak casks, it offers aromas of plum, cherry, and rose petals, with hints of licorice.
