Fortaleza Blanco Tequila

Fortaleza Blanco is a traditionally made, additive‑free tequila from the Sauza family’s Los Abuelos distillery, tahona‑crushed and double‑distilled in copper to showcase pure lowland agave character.

On the nose it’s packed with cooked agave, lime zest, green olive and a touch of wet stone and herbs, while the palate is rich yet precise, layering sweet roasted agave, black pepper, citrus and gentle earthiness. A long, clean finish of fresh agave, minerality and subtle spice makes this a reference‑point blanco for sipping neat or building serious, agave‑forward Margaritas and Palomas.
