Edmond Briottet Crème de Cassis de Dijon is a benchmark blackcurrant liqueur from a sixth‑generation Dijon house, made exclusively from Noir de Bourgogne fruit grown in Burgundy.

Intensely deep purple in colour, it delivers vivid aromas of fresh blackcurrant, cassis jam and a touch of green stem, with a luxuriously thick yet bright, tart palate that keeps the sweetness in check.
