Sylvain Pataille is a young winemaker, trained in Bordeaux and bringing a fresh approach to Burgundian winemaking. A dedicated advocate of organic and biodynamic practices, he now oversees a range of vineyards scattered across Marsannay.

With minimal yields, biodynamic viticulture and a gentle winemaking approach using only indigenous yeasts and minimal sulphur, Sylvain produces extraordinary wines known for their remarkable balance, seamless texture, and a distinct minerality that reflects the essence of Marsannay's great terroir.
