Domaine Oddo Coteaux d'Aix en Provence

Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles massif, Domaine Oddo (Vallon des Glauges) was revived in 2015 when Pascal and Lorraine Oddo fell in love with this exceptional site and set about replanting over 20 hectares of vines. Working towards full organic certification, the estate is now one of the most notable names in Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, renowned above all for its rosé.

This classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Counoise is grown on clay-limestone soils and hand-harvested before a gentle direct pressing. Following a low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration, the wine ferments in temperature-controlled steel vats and rests for six months on fine lees. The result is a pale pink rosé with subtle blue reflects, offering a vibrant, aromatic bouquet of red fruits, peach, and citrus, carried through on a fresh, richly textured palate. An elegant and versatile expression of Provençal rosé, perfect for any occasion.
