Natural fermentation and sensitive élevage highlight crunchy red fruit, spice and that lifted, savoury Jura character, in a feather‑light yet serious Poulsard that’s perfect slightly chilled at the table. Certified organic, biodynamic and made with a low‑intervention approach.
