Domaine Ganevat Florine Chardonnay, Côtes du Jura

Cuvée Florine 2018 comes from younger Chardonnay vines planted in 1986 on gravel and grey marl in the Chalasses sector of Côtes du Jura. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged several years on fine lees, it is a textured yet finely cut Jura Chardonnay with white peach, citrus, floral notes and a savoury, saline backbone.

Organic and biodynamic farming, natural vinification and no heavy-handed oak.
