Les Survivants 2021 is a rare Côtes du Jura Chardonnay from Jean‑François Ganevat, blended from frost‑hit parcels and raised for four years on lees in demi‑muids with indigenous yeasts and no added sulphur.

Taut and mineral, it shows citrus peel, white stone fruit and chalky, saline length, in a pure, naturally made Jura white that will age beautifully. Certified organic and biodynamic, bottled with a light touch in the cellar.
