Kenjiro Kagami’s Domaine des Miroirs has become one of the Jura’s most coveted addresses, and “Que Sera Sera” is his tiny‑production Trousseau grown on steep limestone slopes above Grusse. The 2022 is feather‑light but deep, all lifted red berries, subtle spice and a cool, saline mineral line that makes it both dangerously drinkable now and capable of long ageing.
