Domaine Breton Vouvray La Dilettante

Vouvray Sec La Dilettante is a dry Chenin Blanc from organically farmed vines, hand‑picked and gently pressed before a spontaneous ferment with native yeasts.

Aged on fine lees in stainless steel and older vessels then bottled unfined and unfiltered, it shows bright citrus and orchard fruit over a taut, mineral spine and lively acidity that really underline both the grape and Vouvray’s cool climate.
