Dewazakura Oka

From Dewazakura Brewery in Yamagata, comes Oka, a pioneering Ginjo sake that sparked the "Ginjo boom" in the 1980s. Aptly named "Cherry Bouquet", it offers delicate floral aromas of cherry blossoms, honeysuckle, and rose water, complemented by fruity notes of pear, melon, and peach. Crafted with Dewasansan and Haenuki rice polished to 50% and fermented with Ogawa yeast, it delivers a light, clean palate with balanced acidity and a refreshing finish. Best served chilled.
