Clos du Moulin aux Moines, a historic estate in Auxey-Duresses, Burgundy, has been crafting wines since its founding by Cluny monks in 962. Now biodynamically farmed, the estate produces wines that reflect its unique terroir of red clay and limestone soils. The Auxey-Duresses Monopole Rouge is a refined Pinot Noir with aromas of wild red fruits, floral notes, and subtle spices.
