Clos du Gravillas Rendez-vous sur la Lune Minervois
Clos du Gravillas is a small family estate in Saint-Jean-de-Minervois, where Nicole and John Bojanowski settled in 1996, drawn by the village's white gravel terroir. They farm 9 hectares organically on limestone plateaus at around 270 metres, keeping the soil covered with legumes, grasses and flowers, and have planted hedgerows and over 100 fruit trees to boost biodiversity. The aim is rich, mineral wines made by hand from start to finish.
Rendez-vous sur la Lune is an AOP Minervois red made from Carignan, Syrah and Cinsault, tank aged to keep the fruit fresh. Named after the lunar landscape of Cazelles, it shows preserved garrigue herbs, fresh fruit and a chalky, mineral texture, with real energy and drinkability. A versatile red for charcuterie, grilled lamb or roast vegetables.
