Chichibu Distillery II 'Hint of Sherry' 53.5%

Only the second release from the newer Chichibu II site, aged five to six years in a mix of sherry casks and ex-bourbon barrels, with a touch of peated malt running through the recipe for a thread of smoke rather than a peat-forward profile.
