Bruyere & Houillon Arbois Trousseau, Jura 2019

Trousseau from Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon: the deeper, more structured of the Jura's two native red grapes, from a vintage now with a few years' bottle age.

Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon settled in Pupillin in 2004. Renaud worked with Stéphane Tissot, while Adeline, Emmanuel Houillon's sister, worked alongside her brothers at Pierre Overnoy. They made their first vintage in 2007 and now farm five hectares of certified organic vineyards across Arbois, Pupillin and Montigny-lès-Arsures.
