Bruyere & Houillon Arbois-Pupillin Savagnin - Chardonnay, Jura 2019

A white blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay from the Pupillin couple whose wines sit right alongside those of Adeline's brother, Emmanuel Houillon.

Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon settled in Pupillin in 2004. Renaud worked with Stéphane Tissot, while Adeline, Emmanuel Houillon's sister, worked alongside her brothers at Pierre Overnoy. They made their first vintage in 2007 and now farm five hectares of certified organic vineyards across Arbois, Pupillin and Montigny-lès-Arsures.
