Adega Sameiras Blanco

This is a Spanish white made with a short cold maceration and a cool, controlled ferment, followed by time on its lees for extra texture.

It pours a clean, bright yellow‑green with golden flashes, and shows intense, honest aromas of white fruit, fennel, bay, cut grass, lees and a light honeyed note. The palate has good breadth and structure with a gentle sweetness of fruit, lively acidity and a persistent, slightly citrus‑bitter finish.
