Royal Imperial Caviar

A rare selection from the Huso Dauricus × Acipenser Schrenckii hybrid. Raised in pristine lakes along the Amur River, where the sturgeon move freely, developing firm, resilient grains with a natural snap. Its golden hue, large loose pearls and refined saltiness recall the taste of true wild caviar, elegant, complex, and remarkably enduring on the palate.
