The estate has become one of the benchmark names for serious, terroir driven Savoie wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eSilice Rouge is made from 100% Mondeuse, sourced from organically farmed vines belonging to growers neighbouring the domaine. The wine is fermented in whole clusters with indigenous yeasts, then aged across a mix of concrete, stainless steel and neutral barrel. Expect a light, crunchy red with wild violet, black pepper and a fresh, energetic finish, closer to Beaujolais in weight but with the spice of a northern Rhône Syrah.
