Hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, the wine is aged sur lie in underground concrete tanks lined with glass tiles, with no racking, for an extended period before bottling. Expect a pale gold Muscadet with white flowers, pear and citrus on the nose, and a taut, saline palate of crushed stone and chalky minerality on a long, savoury finish.
