Around 12 hectares are given to vines, Primitivo, Nero di Troia and Negroamaro, farmed organically alongside a range of organic vegetables, with no synthetic products used across the estate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eVriccio is made from 100% Primitivo, gently pressed with a short maceration, then fermented and aged in steel to keep the fruit fresh and bright. Expect a classic bouquet of dried plum, blackberry and liquorice, with soft, well integrated tannins and a long finish of red berry fruit.
