From Yoshida Brewery in Ishikawa, comes Tedorigawa Iki na Onna, a refined Daiginjo sake known as “Lady Luck.” Crafted with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40% and brewed using Kanazawa House Yeast, it offers delicate aromas of honeydew melon, lychee, and white tea. The palate is velvety and balanced, with light acidity, subtle umami, and a touch of wild honey. Perfect served chilled.
