Description
Produced at La AlteƱa Distillery in Jalisco, this traditional blanco tequila is crafted using hand-harvested Blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in brick ovens and crushed using a tahona, a traditional stone wheel. The juice is then fermented and double-distilled in small copper pot stills to retain its natural character. Rested for two months in stainless steel tanks, it offers a bold profile with notes of white pepper, clove, cinnamon, and agave sweetness, complemented by floral hints and a long finish.
