This partnership combines Castellare’s expertise with Sangiovese and Lafite’s mastery of French varieties like Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah. Located in Maremma, the estate benefits from Chianti-like soils, warmer temperatures, and cooling sea breezes, creating ideal conditions for balanced grape maturation.
