Produced by Nikka, this gin is crafted using the traditional Coffey stills, typically reserved for whisky. The base spirits are distilled from corn and malted barley, then blended and infused with 11 botanicals, including Japanese citrus like yuzu, kabosu, and amanatsu, along with juniper and sansho pepper. The botanicals are steeped in three batches, peppery, citrus, and traditional flavours, before being redistilled in pot stills. It offers a smooth, complex profile with a balanced blend of East and West flavours.
