Description
Produced in the highlands of Jalisco, under Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero, this additive-free tequila is crafted from 100% fully mature Blue Weber agave grown in mineral-rich red clay soil. The agave is slow-cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, fermented with special yeast in stainless steel tanks, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Unfiltered and unaged, it offers a vibrant profile of cooked agave, citrus zest, vanilla, and white pepper, with subtle floral and earthy undertones. The palate balances sweetness and spice, leading to a crisp finish with hints of melon and cinnamon. Mijenta emphasises sustainability, using recycled materials and achieving B-Corp certification.
