Produced by Echlinville Distillery in Northern Ireland, this single malt is aged for 12 years and finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks. It offers a layered profile of tropical fruits, green apples, and candied orange, balanced by spiced vanilla custard and dried figs. The influence of PX sherry hogsheads adds luxurious sweetness and hints of Christmas cake, while a controlled oak backbone ensures depth. Non-chill-filtered, it retains a velvety texture with a medium, sherry-kissed finish. A revival of Belfast’s whiskey heritage.
