Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, it is matured in oloroso and amontillado sherry casks for a minimum of two years. It offers a rich profile with notes of cooked agave, dried raisins, figs, cinnamon spice, eucalyptus, and green pepper, finishing with almond, vanilla, and sultanas.
