Produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council, this whiskey is distilled from high-quality grains and aged in specially designated Kosher barrels. To meet Passover requirements, the barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony witnessed by a cRc representative. Bottled at 94 proof, it offers a bold and brash profile with hints of citrus and clove. Released annually after Passover, this whiskey honours America’s oldest continually operating distillery. The bottling lines are thoroughly cleaned to ensure no contact with non-Kosher spirits.
