From Brouwerij Boon, one of Belgium’s most respected lambic breweries, comes Boon Kriek, a traditional cherry-infused lambic beer. Crafted through spontaneous fermentation and matured in oak barrels, this beer is made with 250 grams of fresh cherries per liter, imparting vibrant tartness and authentic fruit flavour. Expect notes of sour cherry, almond, and subtle oak, balanced by a mildly sweet finish.
