Crafted with 3-year-old lambics matured in oak barrels and blended with young lambic, this beer delivers vibrant notes of lime zest, tangerine, and smooth vanilla, balanced by a mildly tart acidity and refreshing mouthfeel. Unsweetened, unfiltered, and unpasteurised, it undergoes bottle conditioning for added complexity and can age gracefully for up to 20 years.
