Bodegas César Florido, one of Jerez’s oldest wineries, produces this traditional Fino Sherry aged under flor for three years. Pale yellow with aromas of dry almond and a salty tang, it offers a crisp and refreshing palate. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with tapas.
